Credible’s mission is to improve the quality of care and lives in behavioral health. Through our partnership, they deliver the highest quality behavioral health technology to our Member Centers, focusing on providers, value, and customer service.

HCN partners with Epic to provide our health centers with a seamless and integrated application with convenient access to a system designed to simplify and improve the overall patient care experience.

HCN leverages Greenway to power our health tech stack, leading with Intergy EHR and Greenway Revenue Services, to allow Member Centers to grow profitably, remain compliant, work more efficiently, and improve patient outcomes.

HCN partners with Health Catalyst to provide data, just-in-time insights, decision support, and analytics for our health centers to enable providers to optimize each patient’s health and improve the quality of care delivered to the patients they serve.

HCN partners with Henry Schein to provide solutions for health care professionals that help improve operational success and clinical outcomes. These solutions help office-based dental practitioners work more efficiently so they can provide quality care more effectively.

Microsoft, through its AI for Health Team, and HCN work together to conduct collaborative research and related activities in the area of COVID-19 research on underserved populations using Datasets provided by HCN.

HCN partners with Orb Health to deliver Medicare’s Chronic Care Program, patient support services, and outbound campaigns. With Orb Health, Member Centers achieve predictably scalable care capacity as a seamless virtual extension of the health system, creating economies of scale that holistically drives down the cost curve of healthcare while significantly improving patient outcomes.

Operational Partners

HCN’s partnership with BKD allows us to provide their services to our Member Centers, including financial expertise, effective reimbursement strategies, assurance and compliance, operations management and more.

As a partner of HCN, City National Bank offers exceptional benefits based on personal relationships, local decision-making and stability. Their CNB@Work program provides Associates with up to $1,000 towards closing costs, free banking benefits, digital banking resources, and more.

Corcoran Partners is Health Choice Network’s lobbying firm, influencing public and government policy at all levels: federal, state and local. As our lobbying firm, they will advocate for the interest of patients and providers at our health centers, leveraging subject-level expertise to make meaningful adjustments to the healthcare system so our health centers can focus on improving the health status of our underserved and uninsured communities.

Marsh McLennan Agency is HCN’s Employee Health and Benefits Broker, providing plan and benefits management, compliance support and allowing HCN to provide a comprehensive suite of benefits for our Associates.

Withum is an advisory and accounting firm, providing HCN’s financial team with analysis, internal controls, and overall business strategies to minimize risk and maximize growth.

Associations

HCN’s Chief Information Officer and other senior healthcare IT leaders are members of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) to collaborate, exchange ideas, develop professionally and advocate the effective use of information management to improve the health and care throughout the communities they serve.

HCN collaborates with FACHC to advocate for community-based health care programs in Florida.  As the patient care advocate for Florida Community Health Centers, FACHC provides essential equipment for all emergencies to help protect the Health Care Heroes at Community Health Centers.

HCN is a proud member of HIMSS. HCN attends the annual HIMSS conference to present our research and analytics on best practices in health information and technology.

HCN is a proud member of NACHC. HCN collaborates with NACHC to promote efficient, high quality, comprehensive healthcare for all, to advocate for Community Health Centers, and to support the growth and development of community-based health center programs.

HCN partners with South Florida Hospital & Healthcare Association (SFHHA) to improve the efficient delivery of quality healthcare services to our communities by championing collaboration and communication among leaders across the healthcare continuum. In addition, our President and CEO, Alex Romillo, sits on the SFHHA Board representing our Member Centers.

Agencies

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HCN partners with CMS to help provide patients with meaningful information about quality and costs to be active health care consumers.

The Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) provides funds to community health centers so they can provide access to high quality, family oriented, comprehensive primary and preventive health care for people who are low-income, uninsured or face other obstacles to getting health care.

HCN partners with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, by providing for effective health and human services and by fostering sound, sustained advances in the sciences underlying medicine, public health, and social services.

HRSA works to improve access to health care and enhance health systems of care for community health centers who are geographically isolated and/or economically or medically vulnerable.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) helps fund medical research for community health centers to make important discoveries that improve health and save lives. HCN and the NIH have collaborated on multiple projects, including the Million Hearts initiative to improve cardiovascular health for all.

HCN partners with The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) to support the adoption of health information technology and the promotion of nationwide health information exchange to improve health care at community health centers.

Academia

HCN partners with Florida International University (FIU) to offer Member Center Associates Professional Development Programs, tuition assistance and scholarships for certain graduate programs. In addition, FIU provides ongoing funding for research and education activities directly benefiting the patients, practices and communities in our network.

HCN collaborates with the Center for Health Innovation and Implementation Science at Indiana University to develop and implement community based and data driven research initiatives.

HCN partners with Nova Southeastern University (NSU) to offer Member Center Associates Professional Development Programs, tuition assistance and scholarships for certain graduate programs. In addition, NSU provides ongoing funding for research and education activities directly benefiting the patients, practices and communities in our network.

HCN collaborates with the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) to develop and implement community based and data driven research initiatives.

HCN collaborates with the Diabetes Institute at the University of Florida (UF) to develop and implement community based and data driven research initiatives.

HCN collaborates with the Department of Public Health Science at the University of Miami (UM) to develop and implement community based and data driven research initiatives. In addition, HCN partners with the UM Clinical & Translational Science Institute to conduct quality, secondary data analysis and community-driven research projects.

Health Center-Controlled Networks (HCCNs)

AllianceChicago and HCN are long-standing collaborative partners. Together, we help improve the quality of healthcare nationally through joint webinars, security & privacy, education and conferences, research and surveys, data analytics, clinical leadership, clinical quality initiatives, group purchasing and innovative technologies.

HCN partners with OCHIN Members to provide a fully hosted Oral Health E.H.R. Solution. HCN provides four OCHIN Members Henry Schein Dentrix Enterprise, which provides a fully customizable oral health practice management tool and a full suite of digital radiography tools harnessing the power and functionality of Dexis.
